How we work.
One institution. Two deployment structures. Every Verde team member — from facilities coordinator to principal architect — operates to a single institutional standard.
Verde Holding
The permanent institutional entity. Finance, legal, HR, marketing, revenue, and executive functions operate from Holding — the operational core that supports every engagement Verde runs.
- Permanent institutional employment
- Cross-engagement scope
- Formal employment agreement
SPV Engagement
A dedicated legal entity structured for each client engagement. Engineering, platform, and facilities personnel are named in the MSA and committed exclusively to one client for the full contract term.
- Named in MSA Exhibit A
- Dedicated to one client — full contract term
- Priority placement in next SPV or Holding at close
Mid-Level Minimum · No Exceptions
Every Verde team member operates as an autonomous practitioner in their domain. Engineering roles: independent root-cause analysis without escalation. Business functions: direct domain ownership, no supervisory dependency. Leadership roles carry strategic accountability across the full engagement.
"Junior practitioners do not work on Verde Compute engagements — under any circumstance. Autonomous ownership is the entry requirement for every role, without exception."
Verde Funds Your Development
Certification and professional development costs are covered by Verde for all team members — engineering, finance, HR, legal, or executive. Active domain credentials are expected. Verde removes the financial barrier to maintaining them.
"Every Verde team member is expected to hold current domain credentials. Verde funds the cost — the commitment to maintain them is yours."
Institutional Discretion — Without Exception
Verde operates inside some of the most sensitive AI deployments in regulated industries. What passes through our engagements — client workloads, commercial terms, infrastructure architecture — does not leave Verde unless legally required. This applies to every role, without exception.
"Every Verde team member signs the same confidentiality protocol as the department leads. Discretion is not a compliance checkbox — it is the product."
Precise Language, Always
Every document Verde produces is a potential legal exhibit — MSAs, escrow instructions, audit trails, client communications, invoice correspondence. Imprecision is not a working style at Verde, regardless of department or seniority.
"A poorly worded email from accounts payable can become a disputed invoice. A vague contract clause can become a litigation event. At Verde, everyone writes with the precision of the agreement they support."
Your Name in the MSA
You are not an anonymous resource pool entry. You are a named party in the legal architecture of the engagement. Reassignment is a material MSA event — not a personnel decision.
"Personnel assigned to an engagement are listed in the MSA Named Personnel Schedule (Exhibit A) — contractually identified as dedicated to that specific client engagement and prohibited from concurrent Verde reassignment without written client consent."
Continuity is Structurally Funded
Verde does not rotate team members mid-engagement. Your team serves one client for the full engagement term. The retention structure is part of the SPV financial architecture — funded before Verde takes any equity distribution. When an engagement concludes, Verde's talent roster is cumulative — not episodic. Team members receive priority placement in the next qualifying SPV or a Verde Holding function.
"An SPV engagement is not a temporary contract. Multi-year retention is structurally funded. When a deployment closes, Verde places its people first — into the next engagement or into Holding."
Single-Cluster Ownership
One dedicated team. One client engagement. No competing priorities. Your critical event is the team's critical event — not one of several situations being managed across clients.
"1:1 dedicated ratio — contractually prohibited. Shared pool: zero."
4-Eyes Policy · Operational Precision
All critical operational changes require peer review before execution — whether in infrastructure, facilities, or any domain with material consequences. Blameless operational culture. Single-point-of-failure events are structurally prevented.
"4-Eyes sign-off required before any critical operational change — senior peer review, no single-point-of-failure events, no exceptions."
What Verde does not do.
· The Work ·
The sectors you serve.
Verde operates critical AI infrastructure for institutions where failure has regulatory, legal, and financial consequences. Every role — engineering, legal, finance, or operations — supports engagements where the standard is institutional, not commercial.

"When the infrastructure fails, the consequences reach the boardroom, the regulator, and the courtroom. Everyone at Verde — engineer, analyst, coordinator — understands this. No exceptions."
· What We Look For ·
Profiles we engage.
Ten departments. Sixty profiles. Engagement roles — Infrastructure, Platform & Security, Facilities — require on-site presence at client facilities. Holding roles have greater location flexibility, assessed at the profile review stage.

Domain fit assessment against current and anticipated Holding and engagement openings. We evaluate your specialisation, level, and background.
Domain Conversation
30-minute peer-to-peer conversation with a Verde department lead. No recruiter screen. No HR intermediary. Domain-specific, direct.
Domain Assessment
Take-home assessment benchmarked at Mid-Level+ standard. Anonymous blind review by experienced department leads — not recruiters. Standardised benchmark matrix; candidate identity not visible during review. Assessment format and depth calibrated to the role and function.
Engagement Assignment
Formal offer when a fit opening arises — Holding or engagement. For SPV engagement roles, your name is confirmed in MSA Exhibit A prior to deployment. Compensation and retention structures discussed at offer stage. Background and reference verification is standard for all roles.
